You have 7 days from delivery to return your device for a full refund, no questions asked, provided it is in its original condition with all accessories included. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. 

Once approved, we'll arrange collection or provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned device. Devices showing damage beyond normal wear, or missing original accessories, may be subject to a reduced refund reflecting the condition of the item.
